Damaged or Lost Baggage

The airline company which last transported your luggage is responsible for the damaged or lost luggage.

Please keep your airline ticket and baggage stubs.

Porter Service

The baggage carts are available for you in the parking lots, in the air terminal and in the national and international arrival zones. The carts are free, although you can request the help of a porter in exchange of 1000 Cfa Francs.

Baggage Wrapping Service

In order to protect and secure your baggage against theft or shocks and breakage, the Libreville airport has made available a baggage wrapping service at 3000 Cfa per item.
